The biggest thing for me was the strategy. Instead of just getting me a loan, they structured it so I can still borrow again in the future for an investment property.
Most brokers just try to get you approved. What I liked here was the long-term plan so I can grow my property portfolio while running my business.
They understand self-employed borrowers properly. BAS statements, tax returns, trust structures — nothing was a problem.
